Grande Terre

  • Featured in Homestead, Grande Terre breaks the mold of the neighborhood with a sleek and contemporary design, and features uninterrupted views of the stunning vistas of the Teton Range and the meandering Snake River.

The clients came in with the goal of creating a legacy property worthy of passing down through generations. This led the intent for Farmer Payne Architects to respond to the terrain by celebrating the beauty of the land rather than overpowering the site.

The result is elegant cascading staircases and expansive windows that lend the home an abundance of natural light. The interiors compliment the impressive view with natural materials and a warm palette. With cedar cladding, high ceilings, and pops of color, the home is not only inviting but reflects the homeowners’ personalities.
