Kelly Condos is a unique collaboration between architects, town government, and a private developer to address a vital need for housing in Jackson Hole, WY. The structure is intended to house 12 families and contains 22 bedrooms with a goal to provide high density residential spaces that promote workforce housing. The project has been designed to respect and enhance the character and cohesiveness of the existing residential neighborhood, and draw from the surrounding landscape.
